What are the hours of STEMFEST?

Sunday, September 23rd, 8am – 7pm
Sunday is for load-in and set-up with a Special Welcome Reception for sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, registered college students and special guests.

3pm – 7pm

Monday, September 24th
9am – 2pm: Exclusive for Area School Field Trips
2pm – 7pm: General Public

Is STEMFEST free?

There's no charge for K–12 field trip students from area schools (includes public schools, private schools and charter schools). Home School students can attend for Free after 2pm-18 & under. All classes and home school chaperones must register for free entry. All adults pay $10
. Volusia county teachers are free. Children of tourists, 5 and under are free. All others pay general admission price
We accept donations to help us make STEMFEST free for everyone in the future.

How do I get to STEMFEST?

Airports – Fly into the following Airports:
Daytona Beach International Airport (6.6 miles from Daytona Stadium)
Sanford-Orlando International Airport (39.6 miles from Daytona Stadium)
Orlando International Airport (67.1 Miles from Daytona Stadium)

Once in Daytona: Drive, taxi or use a ride-sharing service.

Local Schools: School bus transportation may already be provided for many Volusia, Flagler and Seminole county schools.  If not, communicate with your school administrators to organize bus transportation.


What age is STEMFEST geared towards?

STEMFEST includes exhibits, shows and hands-on activities that can educate and entertain people of all ages.

So, what will I do at STEMFEST?

As you walk among the exhibitors, you’ll find many interactive hands-on activities and experiments. There will be lots of engaging scientists and engineers to talk to. STEM projects entered by elementary, middle, high school and college students will be on display. STEMFEST will have numerous colleges/universities and local, regional and national companies showcasing STEM programs, internships, mentorships and after school programs.
